United Alloy, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day manufacturing team. You will set daily work goals, enforce policies, and drive improvements while holding staff accountable to company objectives.

This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, safety focus, and the ability to coordinate between shifts, train staff, and ensure resources are available to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 6–7 years of production leadership experience.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and hand tools safely.
• Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Demonstrates the 12 Expected Behaviors: responsible, trustworthy, team player, clear communicator.

Responsabilités

• Lead production staff and assign daily goals.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Review, approve, and process staff clocking and vacations daily.
• Communicate shift objectives and ensure accountability.
• Ensure materials and training are available to meet daily goals.
• Provide on-floor support and remove obstacles to production targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors across shifts and document disciplinary actions.
