Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced MES Engineer with strong Siemens Opcenter expertise to support implementation, configuration, integration, and production support activities across manufacturing environments. You will collaborate with ERP, shop-floor, PLC/SCADA teams and IT professionals in Cognizant’s IoT practice, troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure seamless data flow.

This role requires hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Siemens Opcenter MES experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading and deploying MES.
• Experience integrating MES with ERP, shop-floor, PLC/SCADA, and manufacturing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
• SQL/database knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
