Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes and identify improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Design and implement new processes, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with production and quality to integrate new processes.
• Conduct process validations, root cause analysis, and FMEA.
• Create documentation for procedures and equipment specs.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma.
• Train personnel on new processes and safety.
• Monitor metrics like yield, cycle time, scrap; apply corrective actions.
• Keep up with manufacturing tech and best practices.
