In this role, you will design and optimize processes for efficient production, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Responsibilities include process design, documentation, new product development, and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong skills in AutoCAD and ERP systems. Qualifications
5+ years in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Strong command of AutoCAD, Inventor, or SketchUp.
Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Responsibilities
Develop and improve manufacturing sequences, layout, tooling, and workstations.
Create and maintain detailed Work Instructions, SOPs, and Bills of Materials.
Lead the transition from prototype to production during new product development.
Utilize tools for root cause analysis to eliminate production bottlenecks.
