Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience providing technical support in a metal fabrication environment.
• Training and certification as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Capable of leading focused Kaizen teams in Continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement Manufacturing process improvements and upgrades.
• Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing.
• Implement Waste Reduction solutions as part of Continuous Improvement program.
• Lead selected Kaizen events to reduce waste and improve process flow.
• Conduct production reviews to ensure product designs are cost effective.
