Capable of leading focused Kaizen teams in Continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities
Identify and implement Manufacturing process improvements and upgrades.
Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing.
Implement Waste Reduction solutions as part of Continuous Improvement program.
Lead selected Kaizen events to reduce waste and improve process flow.
Conduct production reviews to ensure product designs are cost effective.
