Job summary

LHH US in Parsons, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and Lean initiatives at the site, with hands-on involvement in automation, capital projects, and new product introductions.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities; Six Sigma/Lean certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Six Sigma/Lean certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Improve production processes, layouts, workflows, assembly methods, and manufacturing efficiency.
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain MBOMs, routings, work instructions, layouts, and engineering change documentation.
Support capital equipment, automation, new product introduction, tooling, and process improvement projects.
