Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop and implement manufacturing methods in line with product specs and quality standards.
• Identify equipment, tooling, and machining strategies for efficient production.
• Create and maintain production routings for complete manufactur­ing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support APQP (AS9145) processes and program reviews.
• Develop and test/justify tools, machinery, and equipment incl. cost justifications.
• Define machine, tooling, feeds and speeds for operations per spec.
• Monitor process ownership and drive root-cause analysis for issues with corrective actions.
