Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and GD&T.
• CAD proficiency and familiarity with machining methods.
• CNC programming experience, preferably Mastercam.

Responsibilities

• Support production through engineering methods and tooling optimization.
• Identify equipment and machining strategies for machined components.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods, cost-justify tooling and capital investments.
• Create or modify NC/CNC programs and production routings for efficient manufacturing.
• Monitor process ownership and drive corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Prepare cost estimates to support new business opportunities.
