Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Demonstrated CAD proficiency.
• Experience with process improvement in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify equipment and machining strategies to manufacture machined components.
• Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods aligned with product design and quality standards.
• Develop, test and cost-justify tools, machinery and equipment for manufacturing methods.
• Create and maintain production routings from raw material to finished assembly.
• Define machine, tooling, feeds and speeds for operations per specs.
• Monitor process ownership and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
