Job summary

Staffmark Group seeks an Onsite Manager in Suwanee, GA to provide outstanding HR and recruiting value at an onsite location. You will partner with a dedicated customer, forecast staffing needs, and drive strategic planning to meet service goals and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of staffing/customer service/HR experience.
• Experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as you handle customer service inquiries, concerns and issues.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet customer needs.
• Participate in partnership reviews with our customer for quality and improvement.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and ensure P&L goals are met or exceeded.
• Serve as liaison between the customer and our employees, and document matters requiring intervention.
• Enhance the Company image through relationships with local organizations and community leaders.
