Greystar seeks a maintenance technician in St. Louis, MO to perform skilled tasks across building systems, grounds, and common areas. The role requires diagnosing defects, completing work orders, and preparing units for new residents while following safety and policy guidelines.

The position is onsite with a focus on preventive maintenance, quality workmanship, and timely documentation. Competitive benefits and housing discounts are offered for eligible employees.

Formación

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Handles make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, supplies, and equipment from the maintenance department and tracks usage.
• Repairs and maintains grounds, common areas and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing parts when possible and using tools correctly.
• Participates in safety trainings and inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
