Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Headwaters at Autumn Hall in Wilmington, NC. The role involves completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting in upkeep of grounds and common areas.

You will manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety standards are met. The position requires EPA refrigerant certification, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work a schedule including evenings/on-call.

Qualifications

• Licenses or certifications for refrigerant handling required.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from residents and performs preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Makes ready for leasing by inspecting, listing punch items, coordinating vendors, and completing tasks.
• Obtains materials and tracks inventory, coordinating with the maintenance supervisor on re-orders.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.
• Assists in grounds, common areas and amenities maintenance and cleaning.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts when possible and using tools efficiently.
