Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain the appearance, functionality, safety, and cleanliness of the facility. The role performs repairs, painting, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance to ensure a safe and professional work environment.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, painting, routine inspections, and supporting 5S and Gemba standards, with possible overtime based on facility needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a safe, clean workplace.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility repairs across walls, doors, floors, ceilings, windows, and common areas.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and prepare substrates.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, offices, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Support 5S and Gemba standards and conduct routine inspections.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed.
• Respond to work orders promptly and document activities.
