Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee facilities, including buildings, grounds, equipment and vehicles. The role ensures safe operation, conducts preventative maintenance, and coordinates with contractors to keep assets in top condition.

The position requires a 1-year certificate or equivalent experience, with first shift hours (7:00am–3:30pm) and potential overtime. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies related to safe work practices for operating, repairing and maintaining equipment.
• Conducts preventative maintenance activities and maintains inventory for replacement components.
• Maintains service and maintenance records for equipment, buildings, grounds, and vehicles.
• Ensures all equipment is in safe operating condition to prevent injuries.
• Works with operators on routine maintenance requirements for all equipment.
• Coordinates with outside contractors to complete projects beyond internal capabilities.
• Ensures proper usage of tools and repair equipment.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Participates in facility safety audits and addresses corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory requirements.
