Regal Rexnord is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an onsite role in the Oshkosh, WI area. The incumbent oversees facilities including buildings, grounds, equipment and vehicles, ensuring safe operation and coordinating with contractors as needed.

The position involves preventative maintenance, inventory management for replacement parts, and maintaining detailed records. A 1-year certificate or related experience is required, with regular 1st shift hours and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and keeping adequate inventory of replacement components.
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety policies and lock out/tag out procedures.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to keep machinery, buildings, grounds, and vehicles in good condition.
• Maintains service and maintenance records for equipment and facilities.
• Ensures equipment is in safe operating condition to prevent injuries.
• Collaborates with operators on daily maintenance needs for all equipment.
• Coordinates with outside contractors on projects beyond internal capabilities.
• Ensures proper usage of tools and repair equipment.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Participates in safety audits and implements corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Performs additional duties as required.
