Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Maintenance I to perform mechanical repairs and routine CNC maintenance while supporting day-to-day facility operations. This entry-level role focuses on developing technical proficiency, executing standard maintenance tasks, and supporting the team to meet business targets.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical equipment, performing CNC maintenance, leveling CNC machines, and maintaining maintenance documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic computer competency.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• CNC maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (e.g. presses, mills, lathes).
• Perform routine CNC maintenance and inspections (runout, leaks, vibration checks).
• Level CNC equipment using machinist tools.
• Support basic electrical and facility maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
• Support team operations and communicate with stakeholders.
