Job summary

RealManage, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Associate in Mesa, AZ to perform general maintenance and grounds work at HOA communities. You will handle cleaning, basic repairs, and safety checks under the Maintenance Director’s direction.

The role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can prioritize tasks, communicate clearly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. On-call duties may be required.

Qualifications
