Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I in Dallas, TX to assist with preventive maintenance, make-readies, and basic repairs across properties. You will use industry tools to restore units to move-in ready condition and support on-call coverage as part of a maintenance team.

The role requires up to one year of general maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and a working knowledge of HVAC. You provide your own hand tools and comply with OSHA and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills required to perform job functions.
• Working knowledge of HVAC is beneficial.

Responsibilities
