Job summary
CLS Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the community’s physical condition and promote resident satisfaction through timely, professional service. You will interact with residents, prospects, and city partners, ensuring safety and high workmanship across interiors and exteriors.
The role emphasizes daily walkthroughs, coordinated service requests, and a strong adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems.
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems.
- Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems.
- Experience with make-ready unit preparation.
- Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry.
- Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with residents and prospects.
- Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure areas are safe and well-maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across offices, common areas, and outdoors.
- Complete work orders promptly and document damages with photos when needed.
- Collaborate with leasing to coordinate service requests and improve resident satisfaction.
- Comply with codes, OSHA and safety regulations.
