Job summary

You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and assist with unit turns and inspections while maintaining safety and Towne Properties’ quality standards. A valid driver’s license and ability to work after hours are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certifications in building or equipment maintenance are preferred.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and industrial maintenance to support building systems and property infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance & repair skills to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
• Preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry; ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Attention to detail, time management, and documentation skills; experience with maintenance work order systems.
• Ability to work on-site, respond to occasional after-hours emergencies, and lift/carry or stand for extended periods.
