Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our Orlando, FL apartment community. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with turns, and ensure homes are ready for new residents daily.

We seek someone with at least 2 years in maintenance, proficient in two trades, and comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed. Strong English communication and reliable transportation are important.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with residents.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare units for new residents.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot/repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• May train other technicians and assist with vendor quality checks.
• Support move-in/move-out inspections and adapt to community needs.
