Job summary

AIR Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Orlando, FL. You will utilize our modern maintenance technology to service residents and prepare units for move-ins, ensuring quality and efficiency.

With a minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience and proficiency in at least two trades, you will handle routine repairs, respond to resident requests, and support the team in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts.
• Reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergencies.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare units for new residents.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot/repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
