B.HOM Student Living is seeking an onsite Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and a service team at our Greensboro community. The role combines hands-on trades with supervisory duties, ensuring safe, well-maintained facilities and timely service requests.

You will supervise and coach maintenance staff, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate turns and capital projects. Strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge and 3+ years in maintenance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in multifamily or student housing environments.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and service requests.
• Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance staff and grounds team.
• Manage vendor relationships, bidding, and contract oversight.
• Plan and execute unit turns and capital projects.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure safety compliance.
• Support emergency maintenance needs and resident relations.
