Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations including service requests and preventive maintenance
• Perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff and grounds team
• Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, bidding, and contract oversight
• Plan and execute unit turns and coordinate with teams during turnover
• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure safety and compliance
