Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the community's maintenance operations, oversee staff, and coordinate with the Community Manager for timely, safe repairs and preventive maintenance. Qualifications

Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance operations of the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager on staff directives.
Inspect grounds and units daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
Manage inventory and vendor relationships within budget guidelines.
Assist with on-call emergencies and ensure timely maintenance responses.
