Job summary

GMC Property Management in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician with at least 1 year of property maintenance experience. This full-time role involves assisting with make-readies, completing work orders, and performing repairs across fixtures and building exteriors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year property maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in make readies with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry as needed.
• Complete work orders as directed by Community Manager or Lead Maintenance.
• Repair showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
• Complete preventative maintenance program.
• Perform grounds work and light landscaping.
• Possess working knowledge of HVAC systems and assist with HVAC tasks if needed.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Perform other related duties as required.
