Job summary

Sirius Staffing in Seaboard, NC, seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to lead a heavy industrial maintenance team onsite. The role oversees 5 direct and 6-7 indirect reports, driving reliability, safety, and efficient maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.

The position offers a base salary in the 112k–135k range with a 25% annual bonus, relocation assistance, Day 1 benefits, and ongoing professional development. Onsite work with a schedule Monday–Friday with some on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance supervision in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• 7+ years strongly preferred for leadership role.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors and trades personnel.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance to high safety and quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Improve preventive maintenance schedules and long-range plans.
• Collaborate with production leadership to boost uptime and reliability.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and promote a safety-first culture.
• Manage work orders, training, and documentation.
