DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Superintendent for a leading global manufacturer. You will lead a team of technicians, oversee safety initiatives, and drive electrical upgrades with advanced technologies in a large-scale 24/7 operation.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, requiring 5+ years of electrical experience in heavy industry and 2+ years of supervisory experience. Strong PLC, power, and drive knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates in electrical engineering or higher preferred.
• 5+ years electrical experience in heavy industrial setting.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or military environment.
• Working knowledge of PLC, power distribution, HMI, drives, remote troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with production and maintenance reporting applications.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis or similar problem-solving tools.
• Track record of leading improvement in Reliability, Predictive, and Preventive Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical team to maintain safe, injury-free environment within continuous manufacturing.
• Supervise electrical department to enhance EHS, reliability, quality, production, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support production processes to optimize manufacturing and deliver value to the business.
• Foster team development, skill enhancement, problem-solving, ownership and accountability.
• Drive safety excellence by proactively identifying hazards and implementing mitigations.
• Monitor craft quality, guide efficiency, and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
• Provide safety training, coaching, and manage team development and performance.
• Perform data entry and generate reports as necessary.
