Job summary

Techoundsllc is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring plant equipment and facilities function reliably and safely. You will supervise maintenance staff, implement preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate repair schedules to support production efficiency and equipment longevity.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of maintenance management, and hands-on problem-solving skills to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience leading maintenance staff.
• Experience managing maintenance in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment uptime targets.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair skills for industrial equipment and facilities.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industrial standards.
