Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Service Manager for our Warner Robins community. You will supervise and perform technical and mechanical tasks to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities in line with CS Living standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with residents and contractors. Onsite work with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend shifts, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to operate basic office machines.

Responsibilities

• Handles work orders from residents and performs routine maintenance.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
• Inspects work for quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Manages inventory and assists with budgeting and tools.
