Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes at our property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety practices (OSHA) and housing laws. Regular onsite work, on-call duties, and a focus on resident satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and fair housing laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes (corrective, preventative, routine, cosmetic).
• Support make-ready tasks aligned with property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas in safe, clean condition.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
• Follow Asset Living policies and safety guidelines.
