The role requires hands-on cleaning, grounds care, trash removal, and timely completion of service requests, while upholding company safety policies and Fair Housing regulations. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Identify cleaning and chemical supplies.
• Perform basic arithmetic for estimates and percentages.
• Operate general office equipment as needed.
• Frequently use maintenance tools and safety equipment.
• Handle chemicals and cleaning supplies regularly.
• Frequent up to 60 lb lifting and physical mobility.
• Operate vehicles (car/truck/golf cart) as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leasing office, models, and common areas in a neat, clean condition.
• Keep grounds and exteriors tidy, including sidewalks and gardens.
• Assist in making vacant units rent-ready promptly.
• Perform turnkey maintenance tasks as required.
• Remove trash and debris from community areas.
• Complete service requests in line with company standards.
• Maintain customer service standards and address resident requests.
• Follow EP policies and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with FH regulations and other laws.
