Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for an onsite role at our Oxford, North Carolina office. You will plan and schedule maintenance work, coordinate with production staff, and support preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability.

Your responsibilities include leading a maintenance team, coordinating with contractors, developing scopes of work, and managing SAP POs and vendor relations to ensure timely asset care. Strong CMMS and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Operate computer and prepare reports using Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, CMMS PM System (Maximo).
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, production planning, and inventories.
• Strong collaboration and communication; verbal and written skills essential.
• Background in report writing, analysis, and charting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track maintenance using Maximo CMMS; coordinate inspections and lubrication.
• Lead maintenance team; assign tasks, set schedules, ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for work completion.
• Develop SOWs, select contractors, manage projects per SOW.
• Obtain quotes, create SAP POs; approve POs in VIM promptly.
• Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoices; set up new vendors in MDG.
• Convert maintenance needs into resources; plan materials and labor.
• Monitor labor to maximize planned work and minimize unplanned work.
• Maintain and update CMMS data; modify SOPs/PMs as needed.
• Communicate with other departments on scheduling; support continuous improvement.
