Job summary

Revlon Corporate in Oxford, North Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize maintenance work, schedule resources, and support preventative programs. You will collaborate with maintenance, planning, and production teams to ensure reliable operations and budget tracking.

The role requires Maximo CMMS, SAP, and MDG vendor setup; strong reporting, analysis, and project coordination skills; a HS diploma and engineering-related degree; and a willingness to work onsite.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED, associate degree in Engineering related discipline, advanced training journeymen’s or professional license preferred.
• Working knowledge of maintenance systems, procedures, machine centers, parts/inventory systems, production systems/schedules and production planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track maintenance using Maximo CMMS, inspections, lubrication services, and preventive maintenance.
• Direct maintenance team by assigning tasks, setting schedules, and ensuring accountability.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to complete work.
• Develop scopes of work (SOWs) for special projects and manage projects per SOW.
• Obtain quotes for spot buys and create SAP POs; approve POs in VIM.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues and ensure timely payments.
• Set up new vendors in MDG as required.
• Convert maintenance needs into resources and plan to accomplish them.
• Estimate materials and labor for maintenance job orders and schedule accordingly.
• Monitor maintenance labor to minimize unplanned or emergency work.
• Maintain CMMS data/history and communicate maintenance scheduling across departments.
• Update SOPs and PMs; apply Continuous Improvement/RCCA; perform other tasks as assigned.
