Job summary

Revlon is seeking a maintenance planning and scheduling professional to coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and projects across multiple teams. You will lead CMMS-based scheduling and help manage budgets, labor, and spare parts to optimize equipment reliability.

The role involves working with vendors, creating SOWs, and ensuring timely procurement and payment processes. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential for reliability data.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; Associate degree in Engineering-related discipline preferred.
• Advanced training journeymen’s or professional license preferred.
• Experience operating CMMS/ERP tools (SAP, Maximo) and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work using Maximo CMMS and SAP POs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and production teams to set schedules.
• Develop scopes of work and manage contractor activities per SOW.
• Track materials, labor resources and budget implications.
• Ensure timely payments and vendor setup in MDG as required.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and PMs; support continuous improvement.
