System One is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Vanceburg, KY for an onsite Direct Hire position with a compensation of $58,240.00. You will develop detailed job plans, estimate labor hours, and coordinate with purchasing to secure required tooling and materials.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or reliability-focused roles.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout).
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed job plans, estimate labor hours, and identify required tooling and permits.
• Maintain and update work order records within a CMMS, prioritizing tasks by impact.
• Verify parts availability and coordinate with purchasing to secure materials in advance.
• Act as liaison between production, maintenance staff and contractors to align repair timing with output goals.
• Develop preventive inspection schedules to identify equipment wear before failures.
