  • Build detailed job packages, define scopes of work, and estimate task durations using a Computerized Maintenance management System
• Inventory & Resource Management
  • Order spare parts, coordinate with vendors, and align stockroom supplies with upcoming maintenance needs.
• Schedule Coordination
  • Plan routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while balancing production goals to minimize equipment downtime.
• Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks follow safety protocols like lockout/tagout and job safety analyses.
• Track metrics like wrench time, work order backlogs, and equipment history to spot repeating failures.
