Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Chester, VA account. You will create and organize work orders, coordinate subcontractors, and work with technicians to complete maintenance requests, order materials, and track progress.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The position is onsite with some overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of job-related experience or a combination of experience and education.
• Experience creating work orders is required.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize work orders and assign to technicians, vendors, or teams.
• Coordinate engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.
• Work with technicians to complete maintenance requests, and order materials, permits, tools, and resources.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute workflow processes to the account team.
• Review predictive maintenance data and provide regular reports to management and client.
