Job summary

Hussey Copper, Eminence, Kentucky, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. You will manage CMMS work orders, coordinate labor and parts, and develop safe, detailed maintenance plans to minimize downtime.

The successful candidate will bring a strong mechanical background and lean/manufacturing experience to help improve reliability and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical or industrial maintenance background is required.
• Associate degree, technical-school education, or completed apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience using CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance history is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Manage maintenance work orders from request to completion using CMMS.
• Develop safe, executable maintenance work plans and cost estimates.
• Coordinate labor, parts, tools, vendors, and outside services for each job.
• Track downtime, backlog, and performance metrics to improve reliability.
