Job summary

Asset Living in Orlando, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety compliance and quality of service.

You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, budgeting, and on-call emergencies, while promoting a safe, well‑maintained property and delivering outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC is desired.
• Ability to use on-site software functions with basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and upkeep.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and inventories within budget.
• Support on-call emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Supervise training and scheduling of maintenance staff under the Community Manager.
• Document records for service requests, compliance, and make‑ready status.
• Promote safety and quality workmanship in all maintenance activities.
