Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community level, manage staff and vendors, ensure safety standards, and respond promptly to service requests.

You will lead maintenance teams, plan preventive programs, monitor inventory and budgets, maintain records, and promote excellent customer service and resident relations while on-call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the site.
• Plan and maintain preventative maintenance program.
• Monitor inventory and budget for supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and inspections.
