Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Entry-level building repair, basic plumbing and electrical experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather and perform strenuous labor.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Proficient computer skills for day-to-day tasks.
• Ability to work independently or with others.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders.
• Repair/replace/install ceiling tiles, flooring, and related components.
• Handle minor plumbing, HVAC, and electrical tasks.
• Escort vendors for maintenance and respond to after-hours needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and report conditions affecting occupancy.
