JLL in Largo, FL is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. You will perform repairs and preventive tasks to keep interiors, exteriors, lighting, and safety equipment in top condition.

The role requires 2–3 years of building maintenance experience, a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lb.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is desirable.
• 2–3 years in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Certifications to operate powered equipment (forklifts, aerial lifts) possible.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, diagrams, and schedules.
• Ability to work in varied conditions and lift 50 lbs.
