JLL is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure efficient operation of buildings, equipment, and facilities. You will perform lighting maintenance, rekey doors, general interior tasks, and minor plumbing with a focus on safety and reliability.

Join a dedicated team, receive ongoing training, and contribute to tenant satisfaction. You must lift 50 lbs, work with ladders up to 30 ft, and communicate in English.

Qualificações

• Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable with 3+ years of building repair/maintenance experience.
• Experience rekeying doors and cutting keys is preferred.
• Must lift 50 lbs, work with ladders up to 30 ft, and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts, rekey doors, and log keys.
• Assist operations in building and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Perform general interior maintenance such as hanging pictures and repairing office furniture.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs.
• Complete special tasks and tenant services as assigned.
• Help move office furniture and equipment as needed.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on occupancy-impacting conditions.
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and process trainings.
