Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to safely maintain the property and improve NOI within the approved budget. You will lead a maintenance team, ensure prompt repairs, and uphold RPM standards to enhance resident satisfaction.

The role requires overseeing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, budgeting, safety compliance, and on-site leadership. On-site duties and a focus on cost control and service quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• A minimum of one year of supervisory experience – Preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO – Preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper property upkeep.
• Maintain the property's operating budget and obtain competitive bids.
• Process purchase orders and invoices to control costs.
• Review and prioritize work orders for timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and conduct inspections.
• Mentor maintenance team and train staff.
