Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager to protect property, manage maintenance staff, and optimize operating costs. The role focuses on timely repairs, safety, and resident satisfaction while adhering to RPM standards.

The candidate will oversee preventative maintenance, respond to emergencies, and mentor a skilled team to deliver reliable service. On-site work with a strong safety and cost-control focus.”

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred (1+ year).
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• EPA certification is required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite and project management experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure maintenance of property and grounds, directing a team of technicians.
• Maintain operating budget and secure competitive bids for supplies and services.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Review work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
