Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team across 450+ units.
• Ensure tasks adhere to Equity standards and safety.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and report status.
• Oversee budget, expenses, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Community and Property Manager on improvements.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and respond to service requests.
• Be available for on-call emergencies and weekend coverage.
