Job summary

Nebraska Ag Connection is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Lincoln operation. This onsite role focuses on stabilizing the maintenance team, improving equipment uptime, and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment in a food processing setting.

The ideal candidate will lead maintenance personnel, oversee high-pressure processing equipment reliability, and drive preventive maintenance programs while coordinating with production and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Leadership of maintenance technicians or supervisors.
• Experience with production equipment and facility maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and reliability skills.
• Record of improving a reactive operation.
• Ability to influence across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance personnel for the site's primary production building.
• Maintain reliability and availability of processing equipment.
• Improve preventive maintenance, CMMS execution, spare-parts controls, and root-cause analysis.
• Support electrical, HVAC and other facility assets.
• Develop technicians through training and coaching.
• Reduce reactive maintenance and stabilize the team.
• Partner with production, safety, and plant leadership to resolve priorities.
• Manage maintenance projects, schedules and performance metrics.
