Job summary

Sarinas Consulting seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a Lincoln, Nebraska facility. You will drive reliability, mentor a hands-on team, and implement preventive and corrective programs to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
Experience supervising maintenance teams.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance professionals.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues and implement long-term solutions.
Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and CMMS activities.
Drive equipment reliability, root cause analysis, and CI initiatives.
Oversee maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and projects.
Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards.
