• Experience implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance planning, and reliability practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PLCs, industrial automation, and equipment reliability programs is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
